Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase (Order ID) required
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed or customer-damaged items
- Perishable or hygiene products with broken seals
- Gift cards or downloadable products

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item. COD orders: refund via bank transfer or UPI.
Damaged Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
